Mirage Al Salam Hotel

While I understand that the bathroom is small, it is manageable for a one-night stay. Regarding the breakfast request, upon inquiring at the reception, the receptionist was informed that the cost for my family would be 45 Riyal in total, and I could pay after breakfast. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that the charge was 45 Riyal per person, which seems excessive. As a result, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Thank you for your understanding. "“I kindly request that the hotel's rules and regulations be clearly communicated to all staff members to avoid any misunderstandings or inconvenience for customers.”"

The location is great, check in was so quick and breakfast is also good.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirage Al Salaam. The location is exceptional—just a 4-5 minute walk to the Haram boundaries, making it incredibly convenient for reaching the Salam Gate. While it's not a high-end hotel, it offers great value for the price and provides a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable option nearby.

There was water on the floor in the bathroom. But, the staff left a floor wiper there for us to use. It is not a major issue. Probably a mistake during the build. Nothing the staff can do anything about it. I read some of the negative reviews and was dreading to stay there. But, my stay was good. Clean bedroom/ bathroom, restaurants on walking distance. Masjid Nabwi >> walking distance. Over all a good experience. I did not book breakfast, so cannot say anything about the restaurant. I saw all kind of nationalities, Arab, African, South East Asia, All colours and races. That was my experience. I wish you a good stay as well.
